We’re a distributed team working together across client projects, internal platforms and ongoing technical challenges.
The work varies. One day might involve building new functionality, the next troubleshooting an integration, improving an existing platform or helping resolve an issue that’s made its way through to development.
We value clear communication, practical thinking and accountability. We also value people who are comfortable asking questions when something doesn’t make sense.
Nobody knows everything. Being willing to work out the answer matters more.

We look for developers and technical people who care about the quality of their work without making things unnecessarily complicated.
Depending on the role, that might include experience across web development, PHP, Silverstripe, WordPress, APIs, integrations, Linux, cloud infrastructure or technical support.
Technical ability matters, but so does being dependable, communicating clearly and understanding that there’s a business and a customer at the other end of the technology.
